§ 10-6. Protection of establishments from insects and vermin; birds and animals prohibited.

  • (a)

    All doors and windows of all establishments covered by this chapter shall be protected by screens from the fifteenth day of April to the fifteenth day of November of each year in order to prevent, so far as practicable, the entry of flies and other insects into such premises, and all such establishments shall be kept free from flies, roaches, beetles and other insects, vermin, mice and rates by spraying or with poison, so far as is reasonably practicable.

    (b)

    No live birds or animals, except seeing eye dogs, shall be allowed in any such premises.
