§ 2-198. Removal and replacement of members.

(a)

The mayor may, with approval of the city council, remove any civil service commission member for incompetence, neglect of duty or malfeasance of office.

(b)

The successor to any commission member removed from office shall be appointed by the mayor, with the approval of the council, for the unexpired term of office.
