§ 21-13. Tampering with, injury to, etc., waterworks.

It shall be unlawful for any person not authorized by the superintendent of the water and sewer department of the city or by the commissioner of water and sewers to tamper with, alter or injure any part of the city waterworks or supply system or any meter connected therewith. Any person found guilty of violating this provision shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $200.00 for each such offense.
