§ 21-10. Same—Agreement to be signed and recorded.

Any agreement for extension of water or sewer service outside the corporate limits of the city shall be signed by all owners of record of such property and by the mayor, shall be attested by the city clerk and shall be acknowledged by all parties. After the agreement has been signed and acknowledged as provided, the city clerk shall cause said agreement to be recorded in the records of the county.
