§ 5-27. Inoculation against rabies required; rabies inoculation tags.

(a)
Every owner of a dog four months or more of age shall cause such dog to be inoculated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian at such times as required by law.
(b)
Each dog so inoculated for rabies shall have firmly attached upon a suitable collar, or other device secured to the body of the dog, an inoculation tag issued pursuant to law.
