§ 4-14.3. Licensed premises, class A, B, D and G licenses.

For the holders of license A, B, D and G liquor licenses, the license premises shall include not only the building, but also the real estate upon which such building is located, including all tracts adjacent to or contiguous to or adjoining such real estate and owned, or leased, by the license holder.
