§ 2-9. Conflicts of interest.

Any elected or appointed official, officer or employee of the city shall not negotiate any contract or agreement between the city and such person's family member; a business in which such person owns an interest; or any other person or entity whereby the official, officer or employee will directly or indirectly profit from or will have a financial interest in the outcome of a negotiation.
