§ 21-32. Utilities fee.

Latest version.

Each person or user that utilizes water and/or sewage services provided by the city, shall pay the following utility fees, effective June 20, 2017 through April 19, 2018, a fee of $5.00 per month. Effective April 20, 2018 through April 19, 2019, a fee of $6.00 per month. Effective April 20, 2019, a fee of $7.00 per month. Such fee shall be in addition to any other fees, charges or deposits.
