§ 16-192. Violations, penalties.

(a)

Any person violating section 16-190 and/or section 16-191 shall be subject to a mandatory fine of $200.00 per violation.

(1)

The $200.00 fine shall be paid in the office of the county circuit clerk by the date provided on the citation.

(2)

The county circuit clerk shall distribute the proceeds of the fine within 30 days after the deposit of the same as follows:

County clerk's office ..... $10.00

Guardian Center child advocacy center ..... 10.00

County drug court program ..... 15.00

County states attorney drug enforcement fund ..... 10.00

Office of the state's attorneys appellate prosecutor ..... 10.00

County states attorney's office ..... 10.00

County crimestoppers ..... 10.00

Wabash County project success ..... 10.00

Law enforcement agency that issued the citation ..... 115.00
