§ 15-191. Definitions.

As used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:

Bicycle shall mean and include a vehicle with two tandem wheels, solid or pneumatic tires, having a steering bar or wheel, a saddle seat or seats and propelled by human power.

Licensee shall mean any person, who upon proper application, procures from the chief of police a license plate for a bicycle.

License plate shall mean a metal plate or tag issued by the chief of police bearing a license number.
