§ 12-157. General duties.

The board of housing appeals shall hear and decide appeals from and review any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the city inspector or other official charged with the enforcement of this chapter or any other ordinance adopted by the city council relative to zoning, construction, housing or fire safety.
