§ 11-37. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article by failing, neglecting or refusing to comply with the provisions of any notice herein provided for within ten days after the service thereof or who shall resist or obstruct the carrying out the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offense punishable as provided in section 1-11. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
