§ 9-3. Parking regulations.

A.

The parking regulations for uses permitted in an R-4 Multiple-Family Dwelling District shall apply to such uses when located in a B-1 Outlying Business District.

B.

Whenever a structure is erected or reconstructed for any of the other purposes permitted in this district, there shall be provided and maintained parking spaces as required by article XIII of this ordinance.

C.

Accessory parking facilities provided elsewhere than on the same zoning lot with the principal use served in accordance with the requirements herein may be located in any zoning district except that no parking facilities accessory to a business or manufacturing use should be located in a residential district.
