§ 4-3. Intensity of use.

A.

Every lot or tract of land upon which a dwelling is erected shall have an area of not less than 12,000 square feet.

B.

Any buildings permitted under section 4-2 of this article must be located not less than 40 feet from any other side lot line in any residential district.
